How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Due to the individual nature of many delivery locations shipping cannot be automatically calculated prior to submitting your order. We and our supporting partner sellers have hourly and flat rate truck transport depending upon your location and the material.
Due to the size of the trucks and weight of the loads delivery prices are almost exclusively to the entrance of the driveway and do not anything other than street side delivery. Trucks can weigh from 5 tons to 40 tons and a liability release signed by the owner or the designated owner's agent prior to going on any non-commercially paved roads is required.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Construction materials are generally not items that are allowed to be returned the merchant. Earth Stone & Rock sells materials directly and as a broker for regional building supply outlets. Those outlets may have a return policy that provides for some limited returns, but that buyers should be expect not to be able to return items.

All materials selected by the buyer or buyers agent are final.

All special order sales are final.

All materials delivered to a job site may only be rejected or returned if the material does not match the product brand or material specification(s) and or samples provided to the buyer.

For large orders of flagstone, pavers and similar materials in Southern and Central California we can accept return of a limited portion of materials as a courtesy. This needs to be arranged at the time of the sale.

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
