Catalina Cove Green D.G. is a rare granitic crushed granite material from a Northern California quarry, screened at 1/4" minus, and its color is not fixed. On delivery it shows a subtle grey green. As it oxidizes and weathers under rain it deepens into a rich, earthy soft green.
That slow shift is what makes it one of the most distinctive green decomposed granite colors available anywhere. It performs as both a ground cover and a pathway material, and the soft green gives a genuinely refreshing contrast against dark rock, bark and wood mulch, which is why designers reach for it when a scheme needs depth rather than another neutral.
