Desert Gold boulders come out of ancient alluvial riverbeds, and the water is what makes them worth specifying. Centuries of moving water left these stones with very smooth, rounded surfaces rather than the blasted angular faces most quarried boulders have. The color runs gold to tan, with some pieces carrying richer gold, brown and copper tones.
Smooth river form is exactly what you want in a creek bed or a pool, which is why this is a first choice material for wet and dry creek beds, swimming pool construction and waterfalls. Matching cobbles and decomposed granite are available in the same color if you want to run one palette through the whole project. Available in 8" to 12" through 30" to 36" and hand selected specimens.
