Start with the part number

Every product page in this group carries its Aquascape part number, so searching the number is faster and safer than browsing 200 items that look alike in a thumbnail. The number is printed on the original item. If the item is in pieces, it is often still legible on the housing or the packaging the part arrived in. Parts are ordered by name on this page, which is useful for scanning a family but no substitute for searching the number you actually need.

If you only know the model

Open the product page for the parent unit, the pump or filter or fixture itself, and note its own Aquascape part number. That number is the link between a model you can name and a part number you cannot, and it is what we need if you call. A skimmer that is not skimming is usually a door, a net or a mat. A fire feature that will not light is usually an ignition component. Replacing the wear item keeps the plumbing, the fitting and the electrical exactly as they are, which avoids the second job that a whole unit replacement quietly creates.
