Bulk Protective Pond Netting

Aquascape pond equipment ships direct from the manufacturer by carrier. It does not come off one of our trucks and it is never staged at our Rosamond or Goshen yard. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, so there is no ZIP code gate and no freight quote to wait on.

Smaller parts, pumps and treatments go by parcel carrier. Larger or heavier items such as big basins and large filtration units can move by freight instead, which means a curbside delivery and usually an appointment call. Checkout shows the method and the cost for your address before you pay. If you want to confirm before ordering, call us.

Orders are released to the manufacturer once payment is authorized and the item is confirmed in stock. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks it up. If an item is on backorder we contact you rather than letting the order sit.

No. Pond equipment is drop shipped from the manufacturer and is not stocked at the Rosamond or Goshen yard, so pickup is not offered on these items. Rock, gravel, sand and bulk landscape material are a different story and both yards handle those.

The usual starting point is to move the whole pond volume about once an hour, then add for the height you are lifting water and for the length and diameter of the tubing, since both cost you flow. A waterfall is sized by the width of the spillway instead, because that is what sets how much water it takes to look full. Tell us the pond size, the lift and the spillway width and we will point you at the right model.

Where a part is model specific, the fitment is a choice in the picker above, shown as Fits Model or Model. Pick yours and the page shows the exact part number for that selection in the part numbers table further down. If your unit is not listed, send us the model number off the label and we will check it before you buy.

The warranty is Aquascape’s, not ours, and the terms vary by product family, so check the paperwork in the box or the documents listed on this page. Buying from an authorized retailer is what keeps that coverage valid. If you need to open a claim, contact us and we will help you work it through the manufacturer.

Unused items in original packaging are handled under our published refund policy. Some categories are not eligible for return, including special orders and freight orders, and anything already installed or used in a pond. Contact us first, before you ship anything back, so it goes to the right place.
